Hello! Long time no post 😆 I wanted to get on here and give everyone a quick update.

1. We are currently SLAMMED with appointments. Being open 7 days a week we’re still booked out about 3 weeks, and sometimes even farther for bigger dog haircuts. Please make sure to book your NEXT appointment before you leave, IF you want to ensure you get the time frame you’re wanting. If you call / text to schedule, please allow till early evening for response. I don’t usually reply while actively grooming.

2. Saturday appointments have reached the point where in order to promise you will get one, you’ll need to pre book 2-3 ahead of time. Currently we are full on Saturdays through September and from there, they’re half way full all the way through November. So please plan ahead. I’m very close to not being able to take any new Saturday clients.

3. If you have a Saturday appointment and no show, you will not be permitted to book another Saturday without a deposit. There is a waitlist around 10-15 people long for Saturdays. So to not communicate and just not show, I will not be booking without a $40 deposit. To cover the lost revenue of the no show. I ALWAYS text the night before to remind / confirm. If you can’t make it, no problem. Just let me know. Someone else will take it, I promise.

Hi guys! Just a quick reminder, with it being hot outside, we are SLAMMED! Currently booked solid till 6/24 for small dogs and 6/27 for large dogs. If you need a Saturday slot, you’ll need to book 4-6 weeks in advanced depending on your dogs size / time Wed need to spend on them. We are doing anywhere between 10-15 dogs a day depending on size, so trust me when I say, if I COULD get you in tomorrow, I would. But right now it’s just not possible.

I say all this to say, please please please plan ahead for your pups! At least 2 weeks ahead of it becoming emergent. Because I physically cannot not do any more per day than I’m currently doing with the help of my assistant and having another groomer work sundays and Mondays doing 5-7 small / medium doggos.

We are SO thankful to be so overwhelmed with business. It’s incredibly humbling and I can’t thank you all enough! I just hate telling people no I can’t get you in tomorrow or the next day. So please please plan ahead 🙂

Also I will be on vacation July 4-8. Then its back to work full force!!! Thank you again for your never ending support!!!

Final note: still trying to find a way to merge this page with The Pampered Pet Salon page so when the new banners and stickers on door go up people aren’t confused. Ill figure it out eventually! 🤣

Hello everyone! Just a reminder that while yes the name of the salon is changing, nothing else is. When the new banners go up, don’t panic. All is still the same. I’m going to try and merge this page with The Pampered Pet Salon page so we just have one to work off of, but I haven’t figured out how to yet. Once I do, it’ll simplify communicating with you guys a whole lot! Thank you all for your patience and understanding over the last few months of adjustments. It’s very much appreciated!!!

I just wanted to let everyone on here know that the salon name (and name ONLY) will be changing over the next 30 days to The Pampered Pet Salon. I purchased the salon in February and have waited on the name change, as I didn’t want anyone to feel “oh my gosh the name is different does that mean everything is different?” The answer is no 🙂 we still have all the great services and add ons for the same affordable prices.

So when you call, as of June 1, I will be answering as “The Pampered Pet”. New signage will be going up asap as well. Thank you for being so patient with all the new changes. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

If you guys wouldn’t mind liking The Pampered Pet Salon I would appreciate it! When / If I merge the pages I don’t want to lose anyone! Everyone matters! Follow the other page to see the pics of your pups and any updates about the salon.

The name will eventually change. I’m not in a hurry and dont want anyone to panic over things being new. Still the same great salon and service just a different name will be on the outside. thank you again to all of you for your patience!

Hey everyone! Thank you all for being so patient with the ownership switch. I super appreciate it. I do plan on changing the shops name to my previous salons name, with is The Pampered Pet Salon. I would eventually like to merge this fb page to my other one but I don’t want to confuse / shock everyone. So here’s a heads up that that will happen eventually. For now if you’d like to add the other page, that’s where your doggo pics will be and all other pertinent info. Before I merge the two I will let you know. Thank you soooooo much!

Hey ya’ll! If you have sent a text or left a voice mail on the shop line since Saturday, I’ll be getting back to everyone this afternoon or tomorrow. The adjustment period is getting a little easier each week so thank you for being so patient with me.

If you call during the work day, I do not answer the phone as I have dogs on my table and it’s not safe. We do not currently have a receptionist either. So please either leave a voicemail or shoot a text and i will get back to you when I get home for the day or at the very latest, the next morning when I get into the salon.

I promise I’m getting back to everyone as quick as possible but I’m just one person who’s jugglin a lot and I’m still perfecting the process. I’m scheduling through two phones at the moment as well so that adds a little difficulty also. But we will get there! Baby steps! I promise I’m not ignoring anyone 🙂
