Please don’t feel obligated to donate, even a share would help. This young lady was one of my past cheer kids, whom I’ve stayed in contact with over many years. When I say this is a tragedy, it is that and so much more. If we can help them by removing some financial burden I would love to do that. If you’re able to or feel called to donate, please do. Avery and her family deserve the world. I wish I could do more. Thank you in advance.

Hello all!

I’m out of the shop this week while I go visit my sister and my new baby niece. I’ll be back a week from today. Thank you for understanding!

Id also like to remind everyone, as I’ve been mentioning since February, that in the heat we book UP INSANELY fast and are usually 2-4 weeks out for an appointment. We don’t have same day or even same week appointments.

If you don’t feell like you can wait that long, I get It. That’s why pre booking is so vital. It ensures you have an appointment BEFORE the pup is looking crazy. You’re welcome to book 1, 2 or as many slots in advance as you want. Thank you again!!!

Public Service Announcement

We are currently at about a three week wait, longer for large dogs that need haircuts. D sheds or bath only dogs are sooner, but anything else is out quite a bit. If you are a regular client that plans on coming in every 4 to 8 weeks, please please please Pre-book your appointment when you pick up. I hate having my regular clients wait!

Also, If you have a doodle, standard poodle, or anything else that size that requires regular grooming, I need them to be on an eight week maximum schedule, preferably 4 to 6. It’s better for the dog, it’s better on me work wise, and it’s better on you cost wise. So let’s work together to get them on the books and a regular grooming schedule to prevent the major matting from occurring. Thank you so much !!

Hellllo you beautiful people of the page! Long update / Info time!

🩷 If you’ve called or texted the salon in the last day or so, please give me some time to get back to you. When the ☀️ comes out, the phone starts ringing off the hook. During the day, I’m grooming and can’t always stop to get the phone. Three days a week, I jet from the shop to coach cheerleading till 8/9pm, so I’m a busy lady, but I’m also a great multi tasker!!! So If you
leave a voice mail or shoot a quick text, I get back to almost everyone within 24 hours.

🩵 UNLESS it’s a Saturday evening, Sunday or Monday when you reach out, as Sunday Monday are my technical “days off”. While I’m never actually off (boss life, am I right!?) I don’t have my book with me on those days, so you’ll either hear from me Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Tuesday through Sat morning, I will usually get back to you within 12-24 hours.

🤍 Please please please, don’t call back to back to back. I PROMISE I see your call, I know you’re trying to get ahold of me, and I will get in touch asap. If you’ve been my client for any decent amount of time, you know that it may take a day, but I WILL reach out. I know a lot of groom shops, corporate stores etc, don’t respond, or you have to call repeatedly to get someone to answer you. That is not the case here. I often have a dog on my table, a client in front of me, or my hands are soaking wet, and stopping to make an appointment just isn’t feasible at that moment. Thank you for understanding!!!

🩷 I’m incredibly blessed to be so busy with the BEST clientele both animals and human, and I try very hard to ensure that I’m as on It as I can be with communicating. Alas, I’m only one little lady, with one set of hands so I can only do so much at one time. Please be gentle and patient with us. We never want to rush a dog, or leave them alone to step away and get the phone. Dog safety, comfort and well being are the MOST important things to me in my salon, second to great grooms, high quality products being used, exceptional customer service and continuing to go above and beyond for all our clients.

🩵 Thank you again for being the ABSOLUTE best clients in the whole wide world! I could not ask for a better clientele, and without you I could not continue to offer Atwater and surrounding areas quality dog grooming at an affordable rate! YOU all are the reason the salon is successful, and I never ever take that for granted.

🤍 Last but far from least, our lovely groomer Diane is moving, and this coming sunday will be her last day. It will be impossible to replace her kind smile, many years of experience, and wonderful demeanor with the dogs and people. If you’d like to come by and say farewell to her, Sundays the day! We’re so grateful to have had her for the years she’s been with us, and will miss her greatly. It’s not a goodbye but a see ya later, as I’m sure she’ll be by to visit once she’s all settled in her new digs. Thank you again Diane for all you’ve done to help us grow!

Call to action:

If there’s any big strong, burly men in Atwater available today between 930 and noon (we don’t know the exact time that the tub is being delivered but I’d be happy to give you a heads up when it is almost here or even once they get it here because I have people lined up to receive it) basically we need help breaking down the crate that it’s in, bringing it inside, hooking up the plumbing to it after removing the plumbing from the old one, but it’s already all plumbed. All you have to do is disconnect the faucets in the drain from the old one and reconnect the new one. I’m trying to find a way to get the old one over to my house, but these tubs are 550 pounds and my truck isn’t big enough, and I’m not big enough to put it in the truck let alone get it home and take it out of the truck. So this is kind of a two-part ask. Looking for anybody available today to come bring the new tub inside, assist with taking off the old hook ups and hooking up the new tub , and finally the old tub moved to the side and then looking for somebody to move the old tub to my house for me. Willing to trade for grooming or cash whatever you want thank you in advance. If you want to help, please text me at 209–585–9166 because commenting on this post will not get to me in time.

I have to take my mom to a doctor appointment in Modesto at 10:45 and it just happened to coincide with this delivery time because I don’t get any say so and when they’re bringing it. My co-Partner will be there so there will be someone to receive it.  I just need people there to help her until I can get back.

Hello all! If you’ve called or texted in last two days, I’m currently out of the area until Tuesday. My daughter and I have a cheer competition in Vegas. I will be responding to people periodically, when I have some down time, but if you don’t hear back right away, don’t worry. I saw the text, and you will get an answer as soon as I have a free minute or two to take a look at my book. Thank you so much for being patient. Competition season runs December through April/May so I’m always very split, running ragged between the two things in my life, work and cheer! I just appreciate all your grace during this time of the year❤️

Hello my wonderful wonderful people!

I’m the WORST at updating this page 🤦🏻‍♀️ but it’s for a good reason! It’s because over the last three years, we have EXPLODED with the BEST clients and their human parents, and I just don’t have much time for any type of social media. Coincidentally THAT exact thing, being so so busy, is what actually brings me TO the page today.

This message is directed at my regular clients, those who come in every 3-8 weeks, consistently.

The sun is officially out, we’ve had a few days at 70 something degrees and that means the phone is ringing - dinging off the hook. With the CRAZY BUSY season upon us, I recommend that you prebook 2-3 advanced appointments at a time. I hate making my people wait 2-3-4 weeks to get in, and we all know when summer slams into me, that’s the case. To avoid those waits, planning ahead is a must.

If you’d like to get on this prebook train, I ask that you send me preferred day of the week if you have one (Tuesday-Friday as weekends are full for the year, and are operating off a cancelation list only), a time frame (example: early morning 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 mid morning 10:00, 10:30, late morning 11:00, 11:30, 12:00pm) how many weeks between appointments, and your last appointment date or your next upcoming one. I will then put together those appointments, and send them to you for approval. IF we are approaching one of the pre set dates and you cannot make it/don’t need it/etc, I just ask you give me 48 hour notice so I can fill it. Particularly if you have MULTIPLE dogs. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. I’m a little slow to get to texts and calls these days, as again, were super busy, but rest assured I will get back to you ASAP. I always do 🙂

Not grooming related but my Pomeranian puppies are 9 weeks old and ready for homes! Gonna get some awesome pics of them hopefully in the next few days and post them for ya’ll to enjoy. If you know anyone who’s interested in owning a real life stuffed animal just let me know! I’ve got some looking for their forever homes and they’re literally the cutest, sweetest, most loving bundles of fluff ever! AKC fully registerable. First shots already. Doing super well with pad training in their play room. We’re so sad to see any of them leave 😩
