Regarding messages! If you’ve sent a message and got no response, please please please text 209-585-9166. This page NEVER sends me notifications when I get a message. I don’t know why. I’ve tried all the settings and I can’t get it to work. So please, when a message is sent, an auto message comes back with our phone number. Please text me! I don’t want people to feel I ignore them but this system doesnt notify me. Thank you!!

Also we are out about 3 weeks right now. Just a heads up!

T’is the season… the sun ☀️ is out, which means the phones 📱 are ringing off the hook! Please TEXT for faster response times. Calls during the work week normally aren’t answered because we have a dog on our table. All pets get our undivided attention while we are grooming them… so texting is much easier for me to respond to quickly! All CALLS will be returned wirhun 24 hours. No voicemail left means no returned call, cause I get way too much spam!

If you send a message through Facebook, they RARELY send me notifications, which is why I don’t respond… I don’t get notified they’re there sadly. So please, know that right now is when busy season starts for me, and I’m a one woman show. I own, run, and operate the shop while also grooming and momming full time. So please be gentle with me on response times. I promise I will get back to you asap, and if I’m not responding I’m prob out of town, or off that day.

The calls and texts pile up and while it’s the most wonderful problem to have, and im ETERNALLY grateful, it can get overwhelming and I want to make sure everyone gets an appointment. So if I’m lagging, I just ask for grace as I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Thank you ALL for being the best clients in the entire world! I am forever grateful 🥹 and such a lucky gal.

Appointments with me, close to Thanksgiving and Christmas are almost all gone. So I’d snag anything that is open if you want in anytime soon 🙂

With people pre booking their appointments, my next years book is looking like it’s going to be quite full. So please make sure you make your next one at pick up. That’s the best way to ensure you can get an appointment. Thank you!

New book has arrived for next year! If you are already someone who pre books the year, rest assured, you’re on my list of people who WILL get a years worth of appointments and I’m currently working on them.

If you’ve not pre booked the whole year before (example: you book your next one at pick up, or you call when you’re ready to bring the dog in) but you WOULD LIKE TO, text me (please don’t call, it gets too confusing and youll lose your place!) and I will do my BEST to get appointments for you for the year.

Weekend pre books are CLOSED for now. Once I get everyone plugged in, I’ll let everyone know if there’s any spaces left but I don’t anticipate many. Saturday (some Sunday) appointments have been booked ahead of time for a long while. Cancel lists are always avail for those days though!

We also have Diane who works Sunday Mondays, Sondra who works every other Saturday, and hopefully have one more groomer in by mid next year! That’s the wish! Thank you in advance!

Goooood morning my friends!

Wanted to send out a quick update on how things are goin over here on our end. Currently I am booked for myself through the month of sept. That’s doing 11-13 per day (with my bather helping of course!), working 6 days a week, every other week. Diane is slightly less booked with 9/14 being her next available. It’s a BLESSING, so please don’t misunderstand me. I’m not complaining in the least. I just wanted to explain where we’re at.

I say all this to say, if you’re someone who wants ME to groom your pup, you either need to A. text me when you’re about 3-4 weeks from needing to come in. Or B. PREBOOK your next appointment when you PICK UP from the current one. It can be 6 weeks or 6 months in advance, no matter to me. As long as youve picked a spot for your pup! I’ve been hinting at the necessity of this over the last year, but I’ve finally reached the point where if you don’t, it will be like a month before you can get an appointment, and I hate making you guys wait! It makes me feel awful having no dates to offer you that aren’t a ways out. 😢

So please please please, if you can, try to plan ahead so that we can get your pup in promptly. Being super busy is always a good thing, but I want to ensure I’m still able to service all my fluffy clients in as timely of a manner as possible. Thank you in advance for understanding!

Please don’t feel obligated to donate, even a share would help. This young lady was one of my past cheer kids, whom I’ve stayed in contact with over many years. When I say this is a tragedy, it is that and so much more. If we can help them by removing some financial burden I would love to do that. If you’re able to or feel called to donate, please do. Avery and her family deserve the world. I wish I could do more. Thank you in advance.

Hello all!

I’m out of the shop this week while I go visit my sister and my new baby niece. I’ll be back a week from today. Thank you for understanding!

Id also like to remind everyone, as I’ve been mentioning since February, that in the heat we book UP INSANELY fast and are usually 2-4 weeks out for an appointment. We don’t have same day or even same week appointments.

If you don’t feell like you can wait that long, I get It. That’s why pre booking is so vital. It ensures you have an appointment BEFORE the pup is looking crazy. You’re welcome to book 1, 2 or as many slots in advance as you want. Thank you again!!!
