The Friends of Attleboro Animal Shelter (FAAS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are an all-volunteer organization, who donates our time and hearts to the Cats and Dogs in Attleboro and surrounding communities. We are committed to nurturing and promoting the animal-human bond and creating a community where our relationship with companion animals is guided by compassion. Our dedication and c

ommitment is achieved through adoptions, community awareness, fostering and caring for companion animals until loving homes can be found. Our Vision is to reduce the number of unwanted animals through community Spay and Neuter programs, Low Cost Vaccination Programs and Micro-Chip events all while raising awareness and promoting responsible ownership.We are deeply committed to these goals while ensuring the financial security and stability of the organization for future generations. Each year, hundreds of abandoned companion cats and dogs looking for a second chance in life are successfully placed in loving homes through adoptions facilitated by FAAS.

Titus figuring out how to cool off!

Meet Titus! He was picked up as a stray on the highway and named by a Massachusetts State Police Officer. Unfortunately no one came to claim this handsome boy and he is now with us looking for a forever home. Titus is outgoing and curious and a super good boy! He is about 4 years old, Lyme+ (on meds for), up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. Stop by and meet Titus!

What a day Ms. Bella had! She is such a wonderful explorer (the terrier in her), when something peaks her interest she becomes a lil hunter. She's so fun to walk with! What's really fun about her is watching her explore new toys she becomes very puppy like and has her favorite Little Lamb Chop. Give this girl some daily exploring maybe a couple puzzles to do and some good old-fashioned down time on the couch simply relaxing and enjoying the day. She is 8 years young and she wants a nice quiet home with one or two people, no kids please.
