Bliss Vendor Market is tonight at Bliss Dairy from 4-8pm. I know the weather isn’t looking as great as it could but that shouldn’t stop you from supporting our local business vendors.

Small business isn’t about ideas. It’s about making ideas happen.

People don’t start a business to get rich quick. People don’t start a business just because they hate what they were doing previously. People don’t start a business so they can have weekends off and nights off and take vacations whenever they want.

People start a small business because they have a passion for something. Because they want to make a difference in the area that they focus on.

Having a small business is working until 12:30am the next morning after waking up before 6:30am that day. Just to wake up again earlier to either open their business or go to an event for small business. It’s about trial and error.

I wouldn’t change my decision to start my own business. Lots of work, long days, stressing about finishing my orders and somehow still finding that work life balance. But starting a small business isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s for the brave, the persistent, the patient and the overcomer. It was the right move for me 💜🐾
