At Paw Haven, grooming has always been about more than just a bath and haircut. It's about building relationships with my clients and getting to truly know each dog that walks through my doors. 🤍🐾

I learn their personalities, what makes them comfortable, what makes them nervous, how they like to be handled, and all the little things that make them them.

📢 Important Paw Haven Policy Update

Going forward, all clients will be asked to review and sign our grooming contract and salon policies before their groom. You will also receive a copy to take home so you can easily reference our policies at any time.

This is simply to make sure everyone is on the same page and that expectations are clear before services begin. Our policies are in place to protect our clients, their dogs, our staff, and our business while maintaining the safe, stress-free environment we strive for at Paw Haven. 🐾

📅 Friendly Reminder to All Clients 🐾

Whether you're a new client or a returning client that I was able to get in sooner than expected, I highly recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave the salon.

While I do occasionally have cancellations that allow me to fit someone in sooner, those openings are rare. I am typically booked about 6 weeks in advance, so I cannot guarantee last-minute or ASAP appointments if you choose not to pre-book.

To ensure your pup stays on a routine schedule and you have the appointment time that works best for you, please reserve your next visit before leaving. It helps keep your dog's coat in great condition and guarantees you a spot on my schedule.
