Ray Lee Mobbs, 82, was born October 29, 1942 in Bentley to Ralph Fred Mobbs and Evelyn Susie Childs Mobbs along with his twin brother Roy Dee Mobbs. He passed from this life into eternal life on Friday, May 16, 2025, at his home in Atoka surrounded by love. He
