It has been a year since Zeus' reunion with Coco. I wonder what they are up to right now. 🐺🐺💟💙

You are physically gone, but the memories you created stay with us. All the cool tricks and silly things you used to do. You were Coco's little brother and best friend, Roo's big brother and teacher. We wish you were here a little longer, but maybe Coco was lonely and needed you. You guys have fun up there, Roo, Merlin and I will manage.

11 years ago today I picked up Coco at a meet and greet and life was forever changed. She was my first dog and first husky. I fell in love with the breed because of her. She was with me through most of my adult life and went through all the major life events with me. She's been gone for over 2 years and I still think about her everyday.
The first photo is the very first photo I took of her right before I adopted her, and the last photo is one of the last photos I took of her. We can't change the world by adopting 1 dog, but surely we changed that dog's world.
Happy Gotcha day Coco, no matter how many dogs I'm going to have in the future, you are always #1. 💟🌈
