AAHC is located on the west side of Atlantic, we strive to provide the best quality veterinary care for small animals and exceptional service.

We offer a full range of veterinary services including exams, medical visits, dental care, surgery and more. Dr. Kate and Dr. Pat met during veterinary school at Iowa State University. Following graduation they married and both practiced mixed animal medicine for a couple of years. Drs Kate and Pat became more focused on small animal practice and swine practice, respectively as thier careers developed.

Meet Callie!
Callie is one of many of our senior cats that has had success with Solensia. Solensia is a monthly injection that helps cats control pain associated with osteoarthritis.

We had the puppy wagon visit us yesterday! What a fun First Puppy Visit for this litter. These are 8 week old Great Dane puppies - and look at those fun coat colors! We recommend seeing your new puppies at 8, 12, and 16 weeks old so they can get the appropriate vaccinations and preventions - for a great start to their fur-ever home with you! 💞

🍁 November is going to look a little different at the clinic. In order to better help our clients prepare, here is a list of dates we will have a Doctor available for appointments:
November 6 ,7, 13, 14 ,21, & 27.

We will have our technicians available during regular business hours for routine tech appointments. We will also be available during regular hours for medication refill, food, etc. Please call with any questions.
