Dear valued customers, this is a post to let you know that our hours of operation and how we operate is going to slightly change over the next few months. We have always been appointment based company because we are mobile however due to the changes that I have going on with our schedule, you will have to text to get your appointments or you can call and leave a voicemail and we have a designated time slot on Sundays to return this calls. Multiple messages will not get me to answer you faster that will be considered harassment in grounds for immediate termination of our services.
We ask for your patience while we’re transitioning our lives a little bit right now. I am picking up a second career so that we can survive out in the world as you know it is extremely expensive with all the tariffs and everything and this business and my husband‘s disability check is just simply not enough for us to live as a family of three with pets.
My husband is also having gallbladder removal surgery and is not able to help me with the heavy lifting until June that is why we’re not accepting new customers and why we are being selective with the current customers we have on where we’re booking you because of what I am able to do by myself.
And getting back into picking up a second career, this means that we will be picking a few days a week during the Monday through Friday week that we do one household in the evening and then we will be opening our schedule as early as 7 AM on Saturdays and taking Dogs as late as 6 PM. We are no longer going to be offering services on Sundays except for certain exceptions as such as a major holiday coming up or if they had already booked a Sunday prior to this change and you were already on the books and had been booked out for the next year then your appointment still stands.
Currently our online booking is turned off until June when we will be accepting new clients again so if you would like to book any type of service as far as grooming goes, you will have to contact our grooming own directly through text message or leaving a voicemail and wait until Sunday for the designated time for me to get back to you. Text messages. I will do my best to get back to you in the evenings.
We appreciate your patience with us as we all go through this change together we know change is not easy for anybody, but we will do our best to make this is a smooth transition as possible.
