Fireworks may be fun for us, but they can be scary—and even dangerous—for our pets. A little preparation can go a long way in keeping your furry family members safe and stress-free this holiday.

Here are a few important reminders:
🎆 Keep pets indoors during fireworks.
🏷️ Make sure collars, ID tags, and microchip information are up to date.
🚪 Keep doors and gates securely closed to prevent escapes.
🍔 Keep pets away from holiday foods like chocolate, grapes, onions, alcohol, and cooked bones.
💧 Provide plenty of fresh water and avoid hot pavement during walks.
❤️ Watch for signs of stress, including excessive panting, pacing, trembling, hiding, or attempts to escape.
