The session will include insights from experts including Sonja Swiger, AgriLife Extension entomologist and professor in the Texas A&M Entomology department, Phillip Kaufman, AgriLife Extension entomologist and head of the Texas A&M Entomology department, Terry Hensley, Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Lab (TVMDL) assistant director for diagnostic services, and T.R. Lansford, Texas Animal Health Commission deputy executive director and assistant state veterinarian.

The girls have had an unsupervised week and a half at the new place, and we are already packing on the pounds on just extremely well managed Coastal Bermuda grass and millet, no weeds. If you have any steers that need finishing on grass, cattle to be worked in a safe facility, or any hauling/catching needs, feel free to reach out.

Our calves currently range from 1mo to 9mo, and none of them look their ages 👏🏼

Here is your reminder to support TNR (trap, neuter, release) groups and to spay your animals… before leaving for work two days ago we heard meowing, thinking surely it’s a mocking bird. After searching all around the truck we targeted the hungry meows, they were under the hitch on the fuel tank area. Thankfully their mom put them here with the storm, and thankfully they meowed before we left. We have no clue who mom is or if there are more somewhere else, but we do know that these two are healthy and taken care of now 🍼 🐱 🐈‍⬛
