Do you have a herd that needs to go, while prices are high? Please reach out to us if you’re within a 2 hour radius of 28421! This is part of a 44 head herd, that is NOT pen, bunker, feed, or dog broke. In fact, they don’t have a pen or get fed and they thrive in their feral state on 50 acres.
There are big bulls that don’t bluff, mama cows who find a hole and take it, and calves who just do what everyone else is doing. We quickly set up a 6’ tall C&B Farm+Outdoors 50head holding pen in a crossing and have been feeding them for two weeks trying to tame them down and not hate us when we come back with horses. They started coming around at day 7, but we lost their trust when horses were dropped 😳 Luckily we have an amazing crew with top notch horses, who handled the charges and rough terrain with this large herd, and we all came out with no injuries. Today we are unloading over half of the herd at the Aiden sale for the owner.
