Just look at Roscoe!!! He looks wonderful, is doing great, and has started his heartworm treatment. He is up to 60 lbs with no more abdominal fluid accumulation. We could use a foster for Roscoe while he goes through heartworm treatment. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please send us a message!!
