Paw Prints Dog Salon of Athens by Lindsey Mayer My name is Lindsey H. Mayer, I’m a graduate of Mc Minn County High School. I have always had a passion for working dogs.

My love of animals has been lifelong and stems from my childhood: I with Cocker Spaniels, Weimaraners and American Saddlebreds that we bred and raised. I currently have two Standard Poodles named “Peter the Poodle” and "Lola Poodle Doo". I began my career has a Veterinary Technician/Groomer in 1992 and operated a pet sitting/grooming business on the side. I been lucky enough to join the family he

re at Luc Jon K9 Solutions as the head groomer. I strive to make the grooming experience as stress-free as possible. I believe it is a must to have a great deal of patience and trust, as well as the ability to read dogs, body language. I have that special knack for working with dogs that other groomers turn away. I take great pride in my work and I am very much a Quality over Quantity Groomer. I keep up to date on the latest grooming trends, equipment, and products by attending trade shows. There is always something new to learn in the grooming industry. Knowing what products can help get the look and feel that clients want is also a big part of being a professional groomer. I absolutely love what I do and look forward to seeing my clients every day, and I look forward to meeting new ones too!
