Please, for the love of God, hear me out.
I love ALL dogs. I’m a dog trainer. Dogs are my life. But I also have a service dog—because I need him for psychiatric reasons.

When you see me in public with my vested service dog actively working, please do not let your out-of-control dog approach us. I’m thankful my dog knows how to maintain boundaries and ignore distractions like that, but not every service dog—especially those in early training—can manage that pressure.

Had I been working with a client’s dog today, or even a new service dog prospect of my own, this situation could have ended a dog’s career. One bad encounter can ruin months or years of training.

It’s not about not liking your dog. It’s about respecting space, safety, and the work that goes into training a service animal. Please be mindful. Please have control.

Some days are for hustle… and some are for belly rubs, sunbathing, and chasing tennis balls like your life depends on it...

Today is the first day back to school, and I’ll be covering Wildcat Nutrition on the following dates:

🗓️ Thursday, July 31
🗓️ Friday, August 1
🗓️ Monday, August 4
⏰ 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

If I’m a little slower to reply during these times, please be patient — I will get back to everyone by the end of the day!

Also, a reminder: I proudly serve as a substitute teacher for Limestone County Schools, so during the school year, my response times to messages may be a bit delayed. That said — boarding and training at Raptor Land by Sashinkas Kennels will continue as normal. 🐶
