Good afternoon! Just a few updates:

My schedule will be changing over the next few weeks with my kiddos getting out of school for summer. This will allow me more time to spend with them while accommodating their summer activities.

With these schedule changes, I am currently booking 2–3 weeks out, so please plan appointments accordingly.

Also, if for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I have time to fill that spot.

Please note: If you are a no-call/no-show, I will no longer be able to book future appointments for you.

Dear Valued Clients,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Thank you for your continued trust and support throughout the past year. It has truly been a pleasure caring for your pups, and I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to treat them as my own here at the grooming shop.

As we move into the new year, please be advised that effective January 1, 2026, we will be implementing new hours of operation and updated policies.

New Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday
8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Pickup Policy:
All pups must be picked up in a timely manner once grooming services are completed. Dogs left for an extended period of time after their appointment has finished will be subject to a sitter fee.

Cancellation Policy:
We now require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments have become a significant issue in 2025. As a result, clients who fail to provide proper notice or do not show for their scheduled appointment will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

These policies are necessary to ensure fairness, efficiency, and the highest level of care for all pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
