A little sneak peek of the new shop. It's coming along great 🙌🏻. They started the installation of the new AC and heat system today. I know we're going to have some happy clients. 2025 is going to be a great year.

PLEASE READ
Hello everyone I wanted to take a moment and discuss with everyone our time frame on grooming . When dropping off we have a two hour MINIMUM on small breeds and three hour MINIMUM on large breeds per session BUT that does not mean they will be done in exactly two or three hours . We work with animals not humans we can NOT make them do anything they don’t want to do . I can not make them sit or stand perfectly still while I work on them . Dogs who are matted take twice the time because we have to shave them them before a bath and then again do the finishing of the groom after so it’s like having to groom them twice . If I know a dog is matted before coming I block a time so I won’t get behind but 99% of the time I don’t know they are matted untill they get there to be groomed . I don’t always have a secretary upfront so I have to stop to let dogs in and out which means talking with people for a few minutes (I will not rush someone out of my shop I enjoy talking with my clients ) , answer phones and book appointments which takes longer for me to get done grooming . I don’t always have a bather usually last minute and when I don’t I have to wash dry and groom them which takes me longer to finish them also. I sometimes have to help my bather and my other groomer which causes me to get behind . We do not take ANY breaks that also means lunch breaks so I can get everyone’s babies back to them asap. I have ALOT of people being very impatient and I take pride in my work and I will not rush and risk hurting someone’s pet or myself . Your babies are taken very good care of when with us , 99% of the time they sleep while waiting on us to get to them . They are not in any harm when with me and all I ask for is to be patient and wait on our call . If you have other plans or need to be somewhere please book on a day you do not so we do not have to be rushed . Also if you can not make your appointment we require a 24hr notice so we can put somone else in the spot if not there IS a rebooking fee . We are not a company here we get paid just for showing up to work . I have 3 employees that I have to pay plus myself and we get paid by how many dogs show up. So if no one shows up we don’t make anything for the day . I’m not trying to be ugly in any way but I’m letting everyone know because we have a lot of new clients coming in and it’s easier to let everyone know here instead of trying to remember to tell each and everyone . I forget sometimes who I tell and who I don’t . Thank you so much for your business and letting us take care of your babies 🥰
