*Buyer has 5 DAYS from time of purchase to take the pup to a vet of their choice. If puppy is found to have any life threatening congenital defects the buyer has the option for a replacement puppy or a refund of the full purchase price only.

*The puppy is being sold as a pet ONLY and will never be used for breeding. Failure to follow through with the spay / neuter contract as outlined buyer will be assessed a penalty of $5,000/return of the dog/puppies if it is found that the dog was bred.


*Females are to be spayed within one year, males are to be neutered within 18 months with proof sent back to the seller. If this is not done, the puppy will be returned back to the seller. Large dogs are prone to orthopedic injury/diseases is recommend waiting to neuter (male) until 9-18 months of age. Females it is recommended waiting until your dog is at least over 6 months. Studies have shown that large dogs spayed before 6 months of age experience some higher risk of orthopedic problems and certain cancers and that risk is statistically reduced at 12 months.

******Rehoming Policy*******

Caldron Falls Doodles and Poodles has a rehoming policy that covers the lifetime of the dog.

*Buyer agrees to contact the seller if unable to keep the dog at any time before attempting to rehome. Both parties must come to the same conclusion on rehoming, or allow the seller to rehome the dog, should it become necessary at any point during the dog's life. Seller will be contacted if the buyer can no longer care for the dog.

*Under no circumstances is the dog to be placed in a shelter, rescue or research situation. If the dog is found to be in an abusive or neglected circumstance the buyer will relinquish ownership and the seller will obtain the dog at no charge. Return of the dog will be at the buyer's expense.


*Under no circumstances are dogs to be put in humane societies or research labs or rescues. I will work with you to find a home or take the pup/dog back at no charge. (This part of the contract is due to people reselling dogs to make a profit).

*The buyer agrees that the puppy/dog will be kept as an indoor pet and not left outdoors 24/7.

*Any part of my rehoming policy that is not followed will be assessed the above penalties and removed from the home and returned back to the seller.

*I care deeply about my dogs and I expect customers in return do the same.

Puppies are started on this prebiotic at 3 weeks of age. I've researched prebiotics and I found this one to be the best choice. It helps to boost there immune system, supplies them with the vitamins that puppies and dogs need that there may not be in regular dog food. It also supports healthy ears, eyes, skin, digestion. This can also help with transitioning into their new home with stress, stress diarrhea and supports appetite. they also make other great products such as joint supplements as well. These puppies grow very quickly and can help prevent joint issues that may arise.

*I can attest to this product as I had a 15 year old shih Tzu that had a cyst on her belly that had to be drained on a constant basis. One day it had opened up completely. The cyst always grew back and according to my vet would constantly grow back no matter what unless it was removed but because of her age decided to just treat it as it happened. I started her on this product and the cyst never returned. Nu Vet is known to help with lumps and bumps and I am truly sold on it for that reason.

Pick of the litter will be determined in the order deposits are recieved. If you're interested in putting a deposit down you can most certainly do that. Otherwise, you can also wait till the pregnancy is confirmed by me about 3 weeks b4 their due date. I keep a list in the order I receive confirmations of interest otherwise. Deposits will supercede. I ask you make your puppy pick by 6 weeks.
