I post tons of clips about nutrition. They are repetitive. They are simple. Some are boring and some are 'shocking' or 'controversial'. You've probably scrolled past many without thinking twice... letting my words flow past you as you cruise your feed at 500 'reels per hour'.

I'm living my dream. I wake up next to my husband. We're both in peak health. We aren't slaves to a gym. We've found balance and harmony with everything in life.
