A lot has happened this year that I was not expecting. With that came some hard decisions. I‘m going to step back from dog training as a business and focus on taking care of me and my own dogs. I have enjoyed working as a dog trainer and hope to at some point down the road get back into it. I would like to thank everyone that had help me make the business not only a reality but also a thriving one and the clients that support me. Thank you.

I really like this image. I have two dogs are are dog selective. And I see a lot of clients that want their dog to play with other dogs. Well they don’t have to and that is ok.

Dog sociability is a spectrum! Each dog has different preferences on which dogs they like (or don’t), and that’s normal!!

After putting out the original post on this topic, we’ve gotten a lot of requests for a poster. So we reached out to the increeeedible Doggie Drawings by Lili Chin to make this for us.

This is the power of mat training! I’ve been food prepping several meals for the next few days of work. There has been high value food for the cats out and they have chosen to leave it alone for and stay on their mats!! Previously Charlie would be steeling food as fast as he could.
