welcome to Smith Family Alaskan Malamutes' ! We are a Alaskan Malamute breeder in Pennsylvania. My name is Serena Wisner- Smith and my family and I have been owned by Alaskan Malamutes for the past 8 years. We didn't start our breeding program until 2012. We breed strictly Malamutes and no other breed. We are located within Southern Pennsylvania. Our main focus is on the health of our puppies. All

of our puppies will be ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. We also stress and insist that at anytime if the owner should find themselves no longer in a position to care for a puppy purchased through us we welcome that puppy back to our home. Although we breed here we are not a large breeder, we advocate adopting when possible as there are so many fur babies in need of homes. We try to be very selective with our puppy parents as a Malamute is not for everyone! Please when considering adopting a Malamute DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! Feel free to ask questions as I will do my best to answer them, if you have anything negative to say please don't, everyone has their opinion. Thank you.

Build pole buildings, must be willing to learn ALL aspects of the building, run power tools, read a tape measure, heavy lifting, run steel, be a ground man, framing, hang doors, set windows, learn to read blue prints or FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!
Must have tools or obtain tools
Obtain liability insurance within 30 days (cost is around $30.00 a month for $100,000 required coverage)
Own transportation to office
BE PUNCTUAL!

Some experience building is preferred but necessary, just some common sense!

Monday thru Friday with an occasional (rare) Saturday or Sunday schedule
Hours 5:30 or 6:00 am arrival time till day is complete. Pay date varies by job completion.

This is a 1099 position, no benefits offered, you are responsible for your own taxes!

We are requesting a regular interview and a working interview to determine pay.

Ok malamute world, this is one of my past pups his name is Thor, 3yrs old, 94lbs, and is neutered, he looking for a new home! He's best with 5yrs and up children, gets along with other dogs, not sure about cats however is prey driven(kills rabbits) so i would venture to say No CATS! loves walks, loved to be loved! Due to a change in circumstances the owners need to find him a home that he can get the love and attention he needs. There will be a small rehoming fee, to be sure he gets a great home!
