We love to feed our dogs as naturally as possible. This includes raw feeding especially after whelping.

Hazel gave us 11 beautiful puppies and she needs lots of nutritious calories and lots of carbs to keep up with the demand of nursing them the way she does.

We mixed eggs, cooked oat, honey, black beans, chicken livers, an immunity herbal blend, a parasitic immunity blend (to make her body inhospitable to crawly things), and a herbal vitamin formula. We topped it with turmeric and spirulina.

Needless to say, she’s thankful for it all! ❤️👏🏻

This isn’t a normal raw feeding meal but we know her body needed protein and carbs after almost 24 hours of labor! You can see she hasn’t slowed down at all and she’s still as happy as ever ❤️
