We would like to take a moment and introduce ourselves again and thank all of our amazing customers! We are Steven and Taylor Rudd, we have 3 kids, Breanna, Harper and Grayson. Our kennel is located on our personal property next to our home. We have 3 dogs of our own, Lexy, Franklin and Lilly Each dog that vacations at Happy Tails has their own kennel with a doggie door that allows them to go outside to their personal fenced in covered patio area. We also have 2 10x30 areas for additional free play. We do have drop off/pick up times listed but always strive to accomatate times that work best for you. We are loving all the sweet dogs we get to care for and hope you will give our small family business a chance to care for your fur baby ❤️🐶

Another exceptional weekend at Happy Tails! As we prepare for our peak season, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has booked for this summer! We still have a limited number of spots available for several weeks this summer. Please message us soon to book your pet's stay. Our facility features 14 kennels, each with its own private space. With a doggy door leading outside to a covered, fenced-in patio, your pet will have ample space to relax. For safety reasons, we do not mix dogs. We offer two larger, fenced-in play areas for exercise, and our staff is dedicated to providing your pet with the same love and care that we would give our own. Our pricing is competitive, and we offer discounts for multiple dogs. Plus we can board cats!! Located in Barbourville KY

We have had a successful April and are looking forward to the upcoming summer months. If you require boarding services during your travels, we ask that you consider us. With 14 kennels, each kennel has its own doggy door leading to a covered, fenced-in area accessible at any time during the day; your pets will have plenty of space. Additionally, we offer two larger fenced-in areas to run and play. Surrounded by our loving family, your pet will receive a lot of attention and love. Since some weeks are nearing capacity, we recommend booking soon.

We have had a great start to Spring Break. We can’t thank all of our families enough that trust our family to care for your fur babies while you are away 💙🐕‍🦺

We are located in Barbourville, the kennel is located on our personal property so we are always close to the animals. All kennels are inside, temperature controlled. They all have doggie doors, that allow them to go in and out as they please. All kennels are spacious so they still have room to move around 🐶

Our winter months have been exceptionally busy, and for that we are thankful.
All kennels are indoors, heated, and cooled. Each dog has its own kennel with a doggy door that allows them to access their covered, fenced patio area at their discretion. We also have two larger graveled areas where dogs are let out individually for play. For added safety, we maintain a policy of not mixing dogs.

Happy New Year from our family to yours. As we reflect on 2025, we are grateful for the fond memories of a successful year and eagerly anticipate what 2026 will bring.
