Current groom is moving to Texas, so back to searching for the right one!

I am looking for a groom and general barn help, 3 days a week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10-3pm. You will be grooming horses and tacking them up for me to ride, putting hay in stalls, bringing horses in from turnout, filling water outside etc. No stall cleaning! Must have horse handling experience and have a bit of a self-starter/independent mind set. Our barn is filled (22 horses) with wonderful horses of all breeds, easy going clientele consisting mostly of pleasure riders with a few show horses in the mix. $75/day, in Arlington Washington. Looking for a trail horse:
14.2 - 15.2hh, prefer stocky build (qh, Morgan, draft cross) needs to be a been there done that type of mount; no green horses need apply ;) some arena work. Between 7-13 years old, preferably in a 100 mile radius from Arlington Washington.

Hawk (Seahawk Defence) is a bay 16.1hh, 9-year-old OTTB gelding.
Hawk is an overall quiet citizen, he loves a long grooming session, bathes, clips, hauls and stands for the farrier. He is a well-trained boy that enjoys a ride in the arena or a hack on the trails. He is a bit on the lazy side of the spectrum and needs someone with a decent leg to keep him going. He is schooled to first level, knows his leads and willingly leg yields both directions. Track-trained but didn't love it so then moved on to being a sport horse instead. He has been in professional training with several trainers over the years, ensuring an easy and responsive ride.
He has experience jumping both in the arena and out on the cross-country course, he settles easily in new surroundings. I think he would do very well with a teen or adult amateur that wants to experience a bit of everything but isn't looking to move up to top levels. With his laid-back personality, the drive for greatness just isn't there. He would excel doing lower courses and with this rhythmic canter easily makes strides. Hawk is up to date on all shots and recently had his teeth done, he does crib but it has never caused any health issues. Would be great for a intermediate rider or a balanced beginner rider looking to move up.

Looking for a dry spot? We have one stall available! $625 for full board; all inclusive. We are a low-key barn with a variety of disciplines and miles of trails next to us. Large indoor arena and heated bathrooms and daily turnout :)

Still looking for RELIABLE weekend help. 22 stalls to clean and horses to turn out. Start at 6am, takes about 4 hours a day. Saturday and Sunday or one of the two. $80/day, 18+, reliable transportation, need to have horse experience.
