I can’t take him to the beach for a walk because it might mess up your vacation. Plus, I can’t rent a house with a dog, and he’s not allowed on public transportation. But you know what? I can take him to look for you in the rubble after an earthquake, into the forest if you get lost in the mountains without a map or GPS, through the snow if you go off the path even though it’s dangerous, or even into the water if you decide to swim when there’s a red flag. He’ll be there whenever you need him because, at the end of the day, he’s just a dog... but he’ll find you.

This is for anyone who doesn’t quite understand the love we have for dogs.
