Meet the handsome Auggie! 🐶 He was such a sweetheart for his visit with us! Poor Auggie was experiencing vomiting and diarrhea and was feeling under the weather. We discussed the best possibilities for sweet Auggie, and we provided supportive care! We administered subcutaneous fluids and an anti-nausea injection to Auggie in the hospital, and we sent him home with medications to help with his diarrhea. Despite initial nerves, he was a brave patient during his visit with us 🐶✨ His owners reported he's recovering slowly, but surely, and we're thrilled to hear he's feeling better! We're wishing Auggie a smooth and speedy recovery. 💙

Here are a few tips to help prepare your furry friends to have a safe & stress-free day:
-Make sure your pets have calming medications on board if needed!
-Make sure they have updated ID tags
-Keep your pets cool and hydrated!
-Pavement too hot for your hand? It's too hot for their paws!
-Keep pets away from lighter fluid, citronella candles, and fireworks
-Resist those puppy dog eyes! 🌭🍖 While delicious for us, BBQ scraps and bones can be dangerous for your pets.
