We are hiring! Highsmith Farm is looking for a care taker on Mondays through the summer.
Located in Arlington, IN (Rush County)
Hours: 6am-1pm @ $15/hr

Duties: Feeding/watering horses, stall cleaning,turning in/out, handwalking, general tidying. 16 stalls

Requirements: Relative horse experience, ability for heavy lifting/repetitive movements. Drive JD Gator. References

Our annual Summer Camp was our biggest one yet with 20 kids! Two days of all things horse. There might have been a heat advisory but that just meant running through water at the end of the day!

Today I am thankful for being able to provide a space where everyone can learn about the amazing American Saddlebred horse (and a few Arabians too!) we had many newcomers at this camp, and some who had never been on a horse at all.

My staff is absolutely the best. Everyone here works so hard to keep this machine running. I am so proud!
