Hi everyone ☺️

We want to sincerely apologize for being absent and unresponsive over the past several months. I know many of you reached out with questions and interest, and I’m truly sorry for not getting back to you or keeping this page updated.

Over this time, as previously mentioned, we made the important decision to spay our female Nymeria. We also made the decision to neuter our male as part of doing what’s best for his well-being. Alongside that, we’ve been navigating some personal matters that required our full attention.

That said, we understand how important communication and transparency are, and take full responsibility for the silence. We truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and continued support—it means more than you know.

We are slowly getting back on track and will be more present moving forward. Thank you for sticking with us 💕

We weren't sure the best way to announce, but our beautiful Nymeria had a single stillborn several weeks ago 😞 We had long awaited a litter of kittens from her. But after talking further with her vet we have decided she will be getting spayed in her near future.

She is our first foundation female and my whole heart, we will be keeping her 💕 She gets to live her best life a retired Queen who will help watch over and teach all of our future kittens alongside their mama's. She is very protective, and great with playing and teaching them to not be so naughty as they grow.

Luckily, we did keep her single kitten from her first pregnancy

Adopting a kitten is a big decision, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need! Here are some of the most common questions we get about adopting one of our sweet Ragdolls:

**When can I bring my kitten home?
Kittens are ready for adoption once they’ve reached 8-12 weeks old, fully weaned and socialized.

**What’s included in the adoption?
Each kitten is vet-checked, vaccinated, and litter trained, giving you a healthy start with your new family member.

**Do I need to spay/neuter before adoption?
We offer the option to spay/neuter before adoption, but we also respect your decision to wait until your kitten is at least 6 months old.

**How do I know if a Ragdoll is right for me?
Ragdolls are calm, affectionate, and great with kids and pets. If you’re looking for a playful, laid-back companion, a Ragdoll is a perfect fit!

Our kittens grow up cage-free, underfoot with our children and family dog, ensuring they’re well-socialized and ready to join your family... from our paws to your hearts.

At B&K Rockin’ Ragdolls, we know we provide more than a kitten – we’re sending you home with a new family member. We honor this responsibility and take great care to ensure every kitten is ready for their forever home. Our community vet knows each member of our cat family, including every new kitten. Everyone receives regular vet check-ups and the essential immunizations they need.

We also do things a little differently. We believe in empowering families to thoughtfully consider important health decisions for every member, kittens included! So we ask for your input on the following (at no extra cost):

*Feline Leukemia Vaccinations
*Spay/Neuter Timing

Recent research suggests the Feline Leukemia vaccination may increase the risk of tumors later in life. While all of our cat parents are immunized - ensuring a clean slate for each kitten, we encourage you to make an informed decision with the guidance of your family’s vet.

Additionally, while many vets recommend early spaying or neutering, growing awareness suggests waiting until a kitten is at least 6 months old can benefit their long-term health. Although we offer the option to spay or neuter before your kitten moves in with you, we prefer to give you the choice to wait until they’ve settled into your home and reached 6 months, allowing them to fully flourish both physically and emotionally.
