We will be switching software from DaySmart Pet to Gingr in the very near future! This will allow us to have a CUSTOMER PORTAL that connects to us (see details below)! We will release the website for the portal once the data transfer is complete. We are planning to go live on 8/6/2023! If you are an existing customer you can log in with the email address or mobile number you have on file currently. New customers, you will be able to register and add your pet(s) information.

Read below for all the awesome features it offers:
🐾View and edit contact info.
🐾Upload files such as immunization records.
🐾Add or remove credit cards on file.
🐾Manage communication opt-out preferences (email and SMS).
🐾View and edit pets' info, as well as add new pets.
🐾View any photos and/or videos The Doggy Day Spa and Grooming has attached to your pet's report cards.
🐾View past and future appointment, as well as cancel or confirm appointment
🐾Make appointment requests.
🐾View your receipt by clicking on the "View" button next to any completed reservation, as well as any report card that was created for that reservation.
🐾Purchase Store Credit
🐾Apply pre-payment to upcoming reservation estimates
🐾Pay off balances from open invoices

⭐️ we have an announcement!

The team at The Doggy Day Spa and Grooming would like to let our clients know we are now open 7 days a week! We are also extending our closing time to 6 pm! We are excited to offer more appointments to clients who work or can not make it in during our old business hours!

So are new hours are 8am to 6pm everyday!

♥️Rachel will be working Tuesday through Friday
♥️Amber will be working Wednesday through Saturday
♥️Amanda will be working Sunday through Wednesday
♥️Willow will be working Saturday though Tuesday

We are still taking amazing photos with our Photo Booth as well here is our current backdrop with spectacular fireworks 🎆

We are happy to serve our community and look forward to seeing our 4 legged friends 🐾

Hello everyone! Happy August! We hope you are all enjoying the sunny weather! We have some exiting news to share:

As of July 1, 2022, the Doggy Day Spa is under new ownership! Don’t worry, Rachel, Amber, and Hannah are all still here to provide you and your dogs with the high quality, compassionate grooming services you have come to know and love!

We have a few new policies we need to make everyone aware of as well.

As we have posted previously, we do require up to date Rabies Vaccinations before we can provide services. This is to insure safety of not only our groomers but to your pet as well. It is also Washington State Law. So if you haven’t already, please bring proof of rabies paperwork to your next appointment.

We also want to let our clients know that there has been a price increase as well. We know this may come as a surprise to some. However, with this increase, we are providing state of the art equipment replacements, new luxury shampoo and conditioners for your pets, as well as the ability to provide our awesome groomers with medical insurance that they deserve.

We love and appreciate all of you and we look forward to the continued growth of our Doggy Day Spa family!
