I often get asked, and even told, that only purebred dogs can be trained. The truth is, any dog, any age, and any breed can be trained with the proper guidance, consistency, and commitment.

Truly blessed to do what I do. ❤️🐕

The dog with the shades is Rocky. He usually doesn’t like getting pets, but he’s completely comfortable being touched. He’s my service dog, and from a very young age, I trained him to be desensitized to everything, even things he may not necessarily enjoy, like being pet.

Then we got Ash, the smaller one, who absolutely LOVES attention and getting pets 😂❤️

Meet Phoebe 🐾💗

She was found after being dumped and has been living in a foster home while waiting for the right family to find her. Despite everything, Phoebe is an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl who LOVES being around her people.

🐾 About Phoebe:
• Young female Lab mix (possible Pyrenees or herding dog)
• Approximately 8–9 months old
• Around 50+ lbs and still growing
• Spayed
• UTD on Vaccines
• Microchipped with HomeAgain
• Very loving and people-oriented
• Playful, energetic, and still very much a puppy
• Food/treat motivated
• Has had a professional leash-training exposure
• Loves toys, bones, enrichment, and being included in what her people are doing

Phoebe would thrive with an active person/family who has time to continue working with her, or land to exercise her, and giving her plenty of mental/physical stimulation. She is still learning how to settle independently and can become vocal when she wants attention or feels left out, so she would benefit from someone patient who can continue helping her build confidence and independence. She is dog and cat friendly with proper introduction. She enjoys children to run around with so that’s a bonus!

Phoebe is a young, energetic puppy who has a LOT of love to give and needs the right environment to help her flourish. With structure, consistency, exercise, training, and someone willing to invest in her, she has so much potential with a furever home! ❤️

Phoebe is currently being privately fostered and is also being courtesy-posted for adoption through Cody’s Friends Rescue.
