Please be advised that the owner will be out of town until Monday, August 19. During this time, our highly experienced groomer, Jennifer, will be available to assist you with all grooming services.

Schedule Update:
• The salon will be closed on Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16.
• We will reopen on Sunday, August 17 to accommodate client needs.

We would like to address a recent incident involving a client’s pet, Bentley, who unfortunately experienced a common grooming injury (a nail quick) during his appointment. Despite having the owner present and assisting during the service—something we typically allow in special cases due to a pet’s behavior—Bentley’s high activity level made the process challenging.While we deeply regret the incident, we also want to express that it was unintentional and handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the owners responded with hostility and a negative review, which we feel misrepresents the situation. We value transparency and believe it’s important to share our perspective, as no small business wants its reputation damaged over an isolated and unintentional occurrence.Going forward, to ensure the safety of both pets and staff, we will no longer allow clients to assist during grooming services. We remain committed to providing quality care and appreciate your understanding and continued support.
