We had an INCREDIBLE turn out for the first day of our yard sale today – and raised $1,886 for the kittens! Wow!

We sold more than half of the donations we've collected, so we're here to ask for more! Do you have gently-used items you'd like to donate to help the kittens? You can drop them off at the yard sale between 9-3 tomorrow. Every dollar raised helps save critical kittens.

Little Hattie came into the world much smaller than her brother—and it quickly became clear that something wasn’t quite right.

Though she tried to nuzzle, she couldn’t nurse from her mom, and she started losing weight fast. Her breathing was also more labored than it should be for such a tiny baby.

We rushed her into the care of one of our most skilled foster homes, where she’s been getting tube feedings and constant, loving care. We suspect that Hattie’s organs may not be in the right places—or that something is enlarged — putting pressure on her tiny lungs. Unfortunately, she’s still too small for x-rays or an ultrasound to give us answers.

For now, we’re focused on keeping her comfortable, helping her grow, and holding onto hope that as she gets bigger, everything will shift into place.

Please keep little Hattie in your thoughts — this fragile baby has a long road ahead, but she’s surrounded by love every step of the way.

Huge thanks to Dr. Crouch at Western Carolina Veterinary Surgery for taking a look at our pal Humphrey this week! We're DELIGHTED to report that Humphrey doesn't need surgery to fix is wonky front wrists! Instead, we will continue to focus on massage, stretching, and adding in a few supplements to help with inflammation and joint health ❤
