When I hand someone the leash, even for just a moment, I realize how much trust I’ve placed in them, because you aren’t just a pet—you’re a heartbeat in my chest, a constant presence that shapes my days, and letting anyone else hold that for even thirty seconds feels like handing over a piece of my soul; I watch them closely, knowing every wag, every tilt of the head, every little sigh carries all the love and dependence they’ve built on me, and I can’t help but feel both proud and vulnerable, grateful for anyone who can be worthy of even a fraction of the devotion you show me every single day 💕

Happiest of Birthdays big guy!!
You made many families so happy with huge fur babies 🐾
Now you live your life the way you want. Taking naps, trying to race the UPS guy, scaring the predators away all night.
I know I often have to holler out and see if you’re still alive!!
Yes you can hear me yell at him “are you dead” or “dead dog alert”
Then he perks up like “what? I wasn’t sleeping” 😂😂😂
