Attention all boarders! A new year is right around the corner. I would like to make you aware of the change that will be starting January 1st. I have two small children and my time is very valuable. I am by appointment only and schedule specific times for drop off and pick ups. There are many times that I am waiting past the scheduled time. It is written in my boarding contract that if late there will be an extra fee. For the past 4.5 years I have not followed through with this. So starting January 1st, I will be charging an extra $10 late fee if you are 10 minutes past your scheduled time. I understand things happen, but I will need a half hours notice if you are going to be late for your scheduled time.
