1. For all of MRVHA’s 47 years, buckles have been awarded for Year end High Point Awards. Later this year, it will be determined what to provide for the rest of the year end awards based on an approved budget.

2. The only other upcoming events other than Hot August Night and the September show is the Annual Year end Awards and banquet. Details (date, location & time) will be posted on Facebook and our website.

3. Posting the minutes is not a procedure of the club. Facebook and our website is where we keep members up to date on the club's happenings.
