We’re in need of wet dog food, yummy dog treats, and durable large dog toys to help support the pets of our community. Every donation goes directly to the animals in our care who could use a little extra love, comfort, and care. 🐾 : Meet Maximus 🐾
This sweet Doberman mix puppy may start off shy, but it didn’t take long for Maximus to warm up once the toys came out. He’s gentle, playful, and has the biggest puppy-dog eyes you’ve ever seen.
Maximus visited the vet and was diagnosed with a broken femur. He will need Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO) surgery, and because of this, we are seeking rescue placement or an adopter prepared for his upcoming medical care and expenses.
Maximus deserves a safe, loving home to heal and grow. If you’re a rescue able to take him in, or a family ready to support his medical journey, please reach out to Apple Valley Animal Services.
Let’s get this brave little pup the second chance he deserves.
