Moving on to our high school graduate, bather Alex. Alex has worked for us since he was 15 and now he is graduating high school and we couldn’t be more proud! He is such a hard worker and loves the big block heads like the Mastiff

Now we have one of our amazing groomers, Estefany. Estefany had been a groomer for 6 years. She is newer to us but we are so happy she decided to become part of our team! Her favorite grooms are Schnauzers, Westies and Long Hair Dachshunds. You can always find her singing Spanish songs to the dogs as she grooms them. And she LOVES to read.

Next up we have Miss Sara. Sara is fairly new to the Soapys family but is actually the great niece of Nila so she has the same passion for the dogs as Nila does. Sara loves all the animals but would love to own any kind of retriever preferably a chocolate lab. She loves any animal no matter the size. She has 2 animals of her own Bunny (chihuahua) and Lula (cat) and they are spoiled rotten. “working at Soapy’s lets me expand my love to many more animals!” -Sara.

Next up is all of our favorite smiling face miss Skyler. She had worked for Soapys for almost 2 years. She is our legacy hire since her mom also worked for Soapys. Aside from loving on every single dog that comes in Skyler enjoys trying new makeup techniques and is a big foodie.

Next up is our Manager and groomer Jessica. Jessica has been grooming for 2 years, been in the animal field for a little under 6 years. Favorite breeds to groom are: corgis, poodle mixes and the always exciting doodle. She is also our color specialist and in her free time she loves to spend time with her mirage of animals and go thrifting.

We’re going to start a new thread to help those who are new to us to get to know our wonderful staff! Starting off this is our amazing boss and owner Nila. Nila opened Soapys in 2008 only offering Self service. It very quickly became a community favorite. She moved to a bigger space to then start offering drop off services and boarding. Nila is a self taught groomer and her favorite breed to groom are Shih Tzus and in her free time she loves to cook and bake.
