I’m so thankful for the amazing families who support my business. You are truly the heart of what I do, your continued trust is the reason I can do what I love .
To ensure availability is open to many people that want to book as possible I am putting a new policy in place.
When a family books dates, that time is immediately and exclusively held for them. I turn away other families who are in need of care because those dates are no longer available.(especially with boarding, as I only take one family at a time to provide the best possible care)
When a booking gets canceled, it’s not just a spot that opens up ,it’s often too late for another family to make plans, and it’s also a loss of income for my family. I never take for granted how much trust is placed in me, and I want to make sure I’m able to give that same commitment back to every client.
