We have BIG news our girl Colossa is not fit for the breeding program as she's not interested in males or being a breeder. We didn't want to give her up to just anyone so after much thought... We decided that she is going to Lyons Ranch in Sonoma county California Educational Animal Sanctuary zoo where our friend Rebecca who works there will be taking Colossa in as her baby. That way we can always stay in touch and trust she's in the best hands as we no longer want Colossa to stay here if she doesn't want to be a part of the program. It has stressed her out. She isn't interested in the leash training and is just a Bengal who wants to cuddle on the couch or bird watch through the window. She has social anxiety in public and so she's definitely fit to stay home in the house. They will also have some of our Japanese bantams, Gamble Blue scaled mixed quail, Japanese Coturnix Quail, and more as we continue and in the future with more animals for their sanctuary in hopes to help educate more people on the variety of different breeds of animals.
In our program here at S&ST Bengal Legacy we want our males and females to be leash trainable, socialized in public, good temperaments, adventurous personality, good manners, and friendly with our other animals. With lots of decision making we decided we are keeping Moonlight as our upcoming Queen who has mastered them. 👑💕 She is READY our silver Bengal that carries for snow. We plan to stud her to another silver charcoal Bengal later on in the year. We will continue to update everyone on when our vacation from breeding will soon be over. Stay tuned!
