We have been breeding AKC Norwegian Elkhounds for 30+ years. We started breeding Elkhounds because of their dispositon and loving nature. They are great companions. We fell in love with the breed with the first Elkhound we ever had. Hope you enjoy the photos and information, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Two of Cinders girls. The one on top is the purple collar one and the darker one with the red collar is on the bottom who isn’t quite as inquisitive. They don’t like the ice covered snow. I don’t either so I can’t blame them for not liking it.

I've written on four paws but received no reply about helping my two elkhounds.
Riley is just over 40# at two years. He rides to work with me and greets my clients by popping up on my desk to get his pets and then curls up under my desk in his crate and goes back to sleep. He still sets in the front seat so everyone can reach him and give him pets. Only the Mrs can take his seat.
Odin and Aksel hope that their siblings (Bella’s puppies from last October) had a great 1st birthday on Tuesday!

Chester Albus Zeke Riley Riley is doing great, he is healthy, happy, loving it and learning so much. He sits when we get to a curb or meet a person. Riley comes to the office with me and stays quietly under my desk while I see clients. Thank you, we love our Riley. Fred, Sue and the Girls.
