Thinking about Atlas this Nativity Fast. 🥺

1 month ago today we said goodbye to Atlas. But every time we come downstairs in the morning or through the front door after work we’re still looking for which cushion he’s laying on, and for that side-eye. ❤️‍🩹

After a few weeks of on and off symptoms, we discovered last Tuesday that Atlas had 3 large tumors on his liver which had metastasized, and as a result, this very good, very quirky, lovable, skeptical dog crossed over the rainbow bridge with mom by his side. It continues to be hard for mom and dad who were left behind after 10 1/2 years, and who keep looking around the house for him. Rest in peace, Atlas. 💔

PUPDATE on 09/10: Atlas is at the emergency clinic getting checked out right now. He’s definitely sick.

Say a little prayer for my bubba here. Atlas hasn’t been feeling well the past day or so. He was to the vet last week for his annual check up. Some numbers are slightly off, but nothing extraordinary or cause for immediate testing or diagnosis.
