🎉 A HUGE THANK YOU to our amazing high school volunteers!🎉

They stepped in today and truly saved the day — and because of their help, our Holiday Shop continued to be a huge success for our students! 💛🎁✨

But our high school helpers aren’t able to return tomorrow… and we still need adult volunteers to help us finish out the week strong.

🚨 WEDNESDAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — 730 to 10 AM

🎉 YOU ANSWERED — AND WE’RE SO GRATEFUL! 🎉

A huge thank-you to the volunteers who stepped in today. Because of you, our Holiday Shop was able to open! 💛✨

But… we’re right back in the same spot for tomorrow, and we urgently need more helpers to keep the shop running.

🚨 We do NOT have enough volunteers for Tuesday’s shift.
Today’s six volunteers worked incredibly hard, but it simply wasn’t enough coverage to support all of our students. We want to continue giving them this special experience — but we can’t do it without more hands.

🙋‍♀️ TUESDAY HELP NEEDED (730–10 AM):
• Assisting students
• Wrapping gifts
• Restocking & organizing
• General support

If you can spare even 30 minutes, it makes a huge difference.

Monday: PK, Kinder, 1st
Tuesday: 2nd & 3rd
Wednesday: 4th & 5th
Thursday: ALL GRADES

🚨 URGENT — WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR TOMORROW OR THE STORE MAY BE FORCED TO CLOSE! 🚨

We have ZERO volunteers for tomorrow’s Holiday Shop, and unless we get help immediately, we may be forced to cancel Monday’s shop. We are begging anyone who is available to PLEASE step in and help us keep this event going for the kids!

🎄 Our Holiday Shop is supposed to run 12/1–12/4, but we cannot do it without volunteers. The students look forward to this all year, and we don’t want to disappoint them. If you have even a little time to spare, please, please help us.

This event gives kids the chance to independently shop for thoughtful gifts for their loved ones — and volunteers play a huge role in making that magic happen! ❤️🎁

• Assisting with budgeting and gift selection
• Wrapping gifts
• Restocking and organizing items
• Supporting the Friday shop during Coyote Council Cookies with Santa

🗓 Shifts Available:
• Mon–Wed: 8:00–10:00 AM
• Thursday: All day
• Friday: During Cookies with Santa

We are thrilled to share that our PTA has arranged a special assembly in December for our students featuring the amazing Yuck Show – a fun, high-energy science and comedy experience!
Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable time where students will explore science in the most exciting way possible.
