🚨Pavement Temp: 120 degrees F!!!!🚨

A quick way to tell if the pavement is too hot for your pup is with an easy hand test. If you can keep the back of your hand on the ground comfortably for 10 seconds, the temperature is likely okay for your pets. If you cannot, it is too hot!

To prevent injuries to your pets' paws consider walking your dog in the early morning or late evening when it is slightly cooler, or in grassy or shaded areas.

Stay cool out there and remember to protect those paws 🐾

Street temperature as of 3:30 and tomorrow will be worse! Needless to say outside time will be reduced tomorrow as it was today and we’ll try to keep those 🐾 on grass as much as possible 🥵
