More often than not, we hold only a vague idea of a plan in our heads. Often scrapping that idea and rearranging bits and pieces as we succumb to Mother Nature's plan, cause she calls the shots.
But today the whole crew came together and made a plan. It may appear as a couple of boxes with some squiggles to you. But to us... its the most concrete thought out plan in Free Folk Farm history for our most epic market display yet!!

Okra okra, yum yum yum! Sliced in strips, tossed in olive oil, Parmesan, salt, pepper. Roasted at 450 for 20 ish minutes (maybe? We should keep better track of this stuff), flipped once while baking.

So delicious. Barely slimy… I don’t actually think it’s slimy at all when roasted, but to cover my bases I’m saying “barely”.

Fresh cut flowers dropped off at Collective Roots today! We will be at Anderson City Market this weekend, but flowers are exclusively at Collective Roots Local Market & Cafe! So stop by the shop after the farmers market! (Anna will give you $1 off your lunch if you tell her about your trip to Anderson City Market!!!)
