✨ Because of YOU, three urgent dogs found homes earlier this week — thank you, thank you, thank you. 💛
Today, we’re asking our community to show up once again for three more dogs who urgently need out due to kennel decline.

🐾 Meet Missy (10 years old)
A sweet senior who would love a calm, quiet home where she can relax and feel safe again.

🐾 Meet Ally Apple (4 years old)
Gentle and sensitive, Ally Apple does best in a peaceful environment with minimal stimulation.

🐾 Meet Bread Crumb (2 years old)
Young but overwhelmed in the shelter, Bread Crumb is craving a calm space and patient love.

💡 All three can be dog selective, so meet & greets are encouraged if you have other dogs in the home. They would all thrive best in quieter households, as the shelter environment has become too overwhelming for them.

⏰ We are open TODAY 12–5 and TOMORROW 12–5, and we’ll be back to normal hours next week.

Please help us get these dogs out before their decline worsens.
Sharing this post truly helps more than you know. 🐶💔➡️🏡

🐾 JANUARY DAYCATION CHALLENGE: 30 DOGS IN 30 DAYS 🐾

This January, we’re inviting our community to help us give shelter dogs something they don’t get enough of — a break, a couch, and a day of love. 💛

A daycation is a short outing where one of our dogs gets to experience normal life: walks, car rides, naps, and one-on-one attention. These breaks do wonders for their confidence and help them shine outside the kennel.

No long-term commitment. Just one day that can make a lifetime of difference. 🐶❤️

👉 Come see us during open hours Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sat | 12–5 PM and ask about being a Daycation Hero.

Our January Joy Jar is here at Anderson County PAWS! 🐶🐱❤️

When you visit, take a moment to write what brings you joy (especially when it comes to dogs and cats!) and drop your note in the jar.

We’ll be sharing some of your messages throughout the month to spread smiles and remind us all why we do what we do. 🩵

Come visit, meet our pets, and add a little joy to our shelter! 🫙✨
Open Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat 12 - 5 pm
