📍 Adoption Pending
Lota is retiring from our program, and we are beginning the search for the special home meant just for her.
Could that be you?
Finding homes for our retired mothers is something we take very seriously. These girls have given so much to our program, and placing them is never simply a transaction. We hope to find families who understand that adopting Lota means staying connected. She will always be part of our story, and we love receiving updates as she settles into her next chapter.
About Lota:
✨ AKC registered
✨ Fully health tested
✨ Up-to-date on vaccinations
✨ Spayed
✨ Dog door & potty trained
✨ Basic obedience
✨ Kennel trained
Lota is three years old and 19 lbs. she has a very soft, sensitive personality. She’s naturally timid and does best when given time, patience, and a calm environment to build confidence. Once she feels safe, she bonds deeply with her people and becomes an incredibly loyal companion.
Because of her temperament, she would do best in a home without other female dogs.
She does well with most other dogs and cats. Chickens and rabbits unsupervised are a firm no 😅
She’s most familiar with homes that have older children (6+), though the right younger family could certainly be considered.
We aren’t searching for just any home — we’re searching for the right one.
If you think Lota might belong with you, please send us a private message to begin the application process.
These girls deserve homes that are every bit as special as they are. 🖤*DM for adoption details.
