Meet our new boarding friend Zeus!

Zeus is a very sweet young Doberman who needs a safe place to crash every now and then while his parents are at work. This handsome man stayed with us the other weekend and was GREAT, we can’t wait to get to know him better during his future stays.

Darcy enrolled with NBK9 just over a week ago for our Obedience Start Up Program!

Darcy will be working on fine tuning her obedience, getting rid of some nuisance barking, and of course leash skills. Darcy’s family would love for her to gain off leash freedom so that they can all enjoy our beautiful Alaskan trails to their fullest extent so we will be building up the best foundation that we can over the next 3 months! Lastly, we will be working on some cooperative care skills so that her nails can be easily maintained at home.

Although we do work with A LOT of big dogs, we do LOVE when we gain new small friends💕 We can’t wait to see how far Darcy and her family go with clear communication and strong foundations!

⚠️ Training Opportunity ⚠️

I had several people show interest in testing for the CGC but wanted to have a practice day before the test! I plan on running this like a mock test so you know exactly what you need to work on. I will be available to give some advice and tips.
You do not need to be a current client

Due to recent temperatures I decided to have this at my house in my yard in Chugiak. That way we have some shade if we need it and we won’t have to worry about unnecessary distractions.
Time will be at 4:30 tomorrow 6/25. If you need to be a little late just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Cost $15
