If you purchase a joey from us and request shipping, the joey will be sent to your nearest major airport of choice in a climate controlled area of a commercial flight. joeys cannot be shipped if the temperature is below 45 degrees F or above 80 degrees F at either the departure airport or destination. If you purchase a joey from us we will book a flight as soon as possible and email you the

flight info. If a flight is not available for the joey we will either make arrangements for ground transportation or contact you about resolving the issue as soon as possible. joeys are ready to be picked up from the cargo facility within 2 hours of their flight arriving. We guarantee live arrival but request that you contact us if there are any concerns with the health of the joey within 3 hours of the flight landing.
