We have determined the need to become stricter on our late and no-show policies.

Anyone who shows up late without notice will be charged the late fee up to $20. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment time, we may have to reschedule you for another day in order to keep on schedule for all the other appointments.

If you no-show your appointment 3 times, we will no longer be able to schedule appointments for your pet.

I wanted to take a moment to thank for this beautiful painting of our Border Collie, Desmond. My sweet sister commissioned Sara to paint this for us.
I'm sure many of you have been barked at by him on our back deck while you were walking in 😂

He suddenly passed away just before Thanksgiving due to a freak accident. We miss him so much.

Due to the upcoming holiday season and increase in appointment demand, we will no longer be able to accept clients who are more than 10 minutes past their appointment time. We ask that you plan accordingly to ensure you are on time. In addition, we have very limited space and need dogs to be picked up promptly. If you will need more than a 30 minute heads up upon your dog's finishing time, let us know. Thank you for understanding.
