We are deeply grateful—for our horses, our veterans, our kids, our families, our volunteers, and every supporter who believes in the power of connection. This place is more than a ranch. It’s a sanctuary of resilience, hope, and heart.

SpiritHorse at a Glance
SpiritHorse Equine Assisted Services is a place of second chances—for both people and horses. While my own journey includes being a recovering addict, the programs I’ve built are far broader and serve a more deeply diverse community. We provide therapeutic and adaptive riding, equine-assisted learning, and equine therapy, and ground-based horsemanship for:
• Veterans & their families
• Women Veteran Programs
• At-risk and underserved youth
• Memory care, assisted living
• Hospice residents
• Individuals with diverse abilities
• Equine Therapy for adults & children – Therapist on site
Every session is designed to support mental health, confidence, connection, teamwork, emotional regulation, and resilience.
A large portion of our operating budget goes directly toward essential care and safety, including: horse feed, farrier services, veterinary care, and property maintenance. These are the behind-the-scenes costs that keep our second-chance horses healthy and our programs running safely for the 233+ participants we serve each month.
SpiritHorse continues to grow, heal, and change lives—one rider, one family, one horse at a time.
