We will not be at the Galveston Market tomorrow. We are out of chicken! This is a first for us after all these years,,,, and it is exciting, but stressful. Processing is next week; processing takes place every other week. To keep you updated, yes we are expanding our farm, but it does take a while to do so. We have been running out of several cuts of chicken for several weeks, so the decision has been made to increase the flock. A new brooder is being built as our first step. Lots of pieces are coming together to make this happen. We will let you know our progress.

In the time being, please be patient with us. We do supply several farm stores, but we also have a website order form, and those pre-orders are filled first. Just go to our website, Jollyfarms.org, and on the second page is an order form. If you would like to pick up your chicken at the markets, just let us know that in the notes, and we will bring your order with us.

We certainly do appreciate your loyalty for all these years we have been raising chickens. We do have the very best chicken around, and you have been spreading the word. We thank you! We are still a family owned farm and will be having the same quality chicken as we have always had even with increasing the flock.

We will be back at the Galveston market next week, so place your order on the website, and we can bring it to you!
